  • Payment Types:
    • We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
  • Order Tracking:
    • You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has been received, as well as an e-mail when your order has shipped.Due to the custom nature of each product, if you have a deadline, please let us know. 
  • Shipping & Handling:
    • We will always ship the most cost-effective and timely method, except otherwise instructed. Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days of receipt of order and artwork approval. Please note that international shipping requirements are constantly changing and we will confirm the ship to address and all costs prior to shipping.
  • Orders Shipped within U.S.:
    • U.S. orders ship via the most cost effective method (US Mail or UPS) and usually arrive within 3 business days for the East Coast and 5 business days for the West Coast.
  • Orders Shipped to Canada:
    • Any additional charges will be confirmed prior to shipping.
    • Please leave additional time for your order to arrive as international orders can take several weeks.
    • All import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • International Orders:
    • Please note that shipping may not be available to all international addresses.
    • We may confirm international addresses.

  • Exchanges & Returns:
    • We want you to be happy! Due to the custom nature of these products, returns may not be available. However, we will work with you in the event with any issues on the artwork or the product.
    • To process your return or exchange: 
      • Package your return carefully.
      • Include a copy of your packing list or invoice.
      • Circle the item you are exchanging or returning and include any feedback that you would like to share.
      • Send your package by US Mail or any major carrier. 
      • Please note that the customer bears the responsibility for the cost to ship any returned items back.
